Traditional Ceramic Silkscreen Glass is produced by printing ceramic glaze patterns onto float glass with specially designed screens, enabling the creation of a wide range of decorative patterns.
Unlike Traditional Ceramic Silkscreen Glass, our High-Temperature Ceramic Silkscreen Glass undergoes a high-temperature annealing process after coloring, which significantly enhances the adhesion of the colors to the glass surface and enables subsequent deep-processing operations such as cutting, edge polishing, and tempering.
It features excellent durability, with patterns that are resistant to peeling and oxidation (only 3% color fading over five years), load-bearing capacity, and impact resistance. It is widely used in outdoor furniture, tabletops, cabinet doors, and other applications. It can also be fully customized in color and pattern, as long as customers provide RAL standard color codes or high-resolution designs.
